Claremont House.

We are looking for people interested in providing excellent care and customer service, working as part of a team to enhance the lives of our Residents.

Job Title:
Kitchen Assistant

Reports to:
Head Chef

Purpose of the Role:

To provide high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and the communal areas throughout the home and to provide excellent Customer Service.

Main Responsibilities:

At all times to maintain effective communication and liaison with the Crown Care Group Home Manager, Head Chef, Chef to ensure the smooth, safe and effective provision of catering/ food services.
To follow the daily schedule of tasks.
To provide a High standard of Customer Service to the Residents & Visitors as required
To maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen dining and storage areas.
To keep food free from harmful bacteria and disease.
To be responsible (under the supervision of the Head Chef) for the serving and removal of food.
To promote and display a professional image commensurate with the high standards of the Crown Care Group.
In conjunction with the wider care team to adhere to the home's philosophies, goals and statement of purpose.
