This is a permanent full time position working Monday - Friday (37.5 hours a week) which after a successful probation period offers potential hybrid working with 3 days in our Ipswich office and 2 days at home.

Main duties include:

Manage and coordinate fleet requirements for all operating areas.
Liaison with leasing companies, dealerships, and vehicle manufacturers.
Arrange new vehicle quotations.
Monitoring and rewriting of mileage contracts.
Disposal of vehicles at the end of contract.
Grey Fleet management.
Arrange hire and demonstration vehicles.
On the road driver assessments (training to be provided)
Coordinate and manage fleetrelated insurance claims.
Administration of monthly business mileage claims
Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of company procedures.
Other fleet related tasks as and when required.
