This is a permanent full time position working Monday - Friday (37.5 hours a week) which after a successful probation period offers potential hybrid working with 3 days in our Ipswich office and 2 days at home.
Main duties include:
- Manage and coordinate fleet requirements for all operating areas.
- Liaison with leasing companies, dealerships, and vehicle manufacturers.
- Arrange new vehicle quotations.
- Monitoring and rewriting of mileage contracts.
- Disposal of vehicles at the end of contract.
- Grey Fleet management.
- Arrange hire and demonstration vehicles.
- On the road driver assessments (training to be provided)
- Coordinate and manage fleetrelated insurance claims.
- Administration of monthly business mileage claims
- Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of company procedures.
- Other fleet related tasks as and when required.
