Town Planner - Permanent - Kent, Midlands, or West Lothian - Hybrid - up to £45,000 Per Annum


As the Town Planner you will play an important role in helping Mobile Phone Operator / Wireless Networks clients to improve connectivity and performance of their networks by obtaining planning consents or approvals for new telecoms sites and upgrading existing telecoms sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Appeal assessments and submissions.
  • Providing clients and internal teams with accurate and relevant Town Planning / Planning advice.
  • Help to ensure accurate site/planning records and commentary.
  • Provide training / support to the wider planning team, depending on experience.
  • Contribute to the team in achieving its business objectives.
  • Help to achieve/exceed client milestones/KPIs.
  • Assist in building client relationships.
Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years postgraduation experience in Town Planning
  • Good IT skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
Desirable Qualifications

  • RTPI or MRTPI
  • TCPA

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Hybrid remote in Livingston
