The Project


As an experienced Finishing Supervisor working on a Sports and Leisure Facility in the West Midlands you will be overseeing the internal fit out and finishing on the £20m development.

You will manage all internal trades and ensure that the project is finished and handed over to a high standard.


Requirements:

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS Card
It is also essential that you hold the experience below;

  • Previous experience working on similar projects
  • Highly experienced in managing / supervising internal trades and subcontractors
The Role

  • Job Title: Finishing Supervisor
  • Project: £20m Sports and Leisure Facility
  • Duration: 6 Months
  • Reporting to: Project Manager
Duties

  • Quality Control
  • Maintain health & safety
  • Supervise subcontractors
  • Quality inspections / snagging
  • Ordering / receiving of materials
  • Take the lead on updating site diaries
  • Attending and participating in project meetings
  • Take responsibility of Inductions / toolbox talks
  • Ensure that Progress reporting is overseen regularly
  • Management of onsite labor including subcontractors
  • Ensure work is being completed on time and within budget
  • Managing all internal trades and overseeing finishing and snagging
  • Reporting in to and working closely with the senior management team
