, Permanent Service CoordinatorWorking Hours 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. 37.5 hour working week.
Starting annual salary £24,000 per year (based on experience), with discretionary annual bonuses dependent on company and individual performance.
Main purposes of job
We're expanding our team and are looking for a Service coordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis due to a period of consistent business growth.
SURE Solutions is a rapidly growing and multi-award winning Engineering organisation and, since starting business seven years ago, is now a team of 50 with ongoing growth.
Working from our office in Birkenhead (CH41 9HT), we're looking to recruit a driven and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills and a desire to grow with the business working closely with some of the largest national and global companies and organisations.
Working closely with the Office team to undertake all administrative duties and other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of SURE Solutions.
*- To be the first line response to customers in the case of reactive works
- Liaise with company staff, customers, suppliers, engineers & accounts
- Deal with customer enquiries promptly and efficiently
- Assist customers with general or job specific enquiries
- Schedule Engineer Visits
- Respond reactively to call out requests from customers
- To be commercially aware of customer value and cost when allocating engineers to sites
- Collate Engineers paperwork, ensuring a smooth flow of information to Accounts
- General Office duties
- Direct Engineers to jobs
- Schedule Planned Maintenances
- Report on performance of service internally and externally as required
- Assist with any other duties/duties of other colleagues as required during busy periods and/or staff absences

Experience
