Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-respected local authority, recruiting for an experienced administrator to join their busy Vehicle Fleet Team to support their daily functions.

Our client is looking for a confident, hardworking administration professional to join their team, with a range of customer-focussed duties.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries, including telephone and face to face
  • Assist the internal workshop with breakdown recovery systems
  • Assistant with the scheduling of appointments
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate vehicle delivery and collection
  • Work closely with workshop departments to monitor vehicle progress throughout appointments
  • Run weekly metric/KPI reports to support business functions

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Any vehicle trade experience desirable, but not essential
  • Confident communicator at all levels
  • A friendly and approachable individual
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
