Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well-respected local authority, recruiting for an experienced administrator to join their busy Vehicle Fleet Team to support their daily functions.
Our client is looking for a confident, hardworking administration professional to join their team, with a range of customer-focussed duties.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, including telephone and face to face
- Assist the internal workshop with breakdown recovery systems
- Assistant with the scheduling of appointments
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate vehicle delivery and collection
- Work closely with workshop departments to monitor vehicle progress throughout appointments
- Run weekly metric/KPI reports to support business functions
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Any vehicle trade experience desirable, but not essential
- Confident communicator at all levels
- A friendly and approachable individual
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
