    Access and Inclusion Programme Lead

    We are seeking a confident and experienced Access and Inclusion Lead to deliver a Travelling with Confidence programme.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and help empower better connectivity and travel confidence, with the scope to develop the role using your own insight and input.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Leverage your expertise in travel to drive meaningful outcomes for individuals facing disabling barriers, guided by those with lived experience.
    2. Closely collaborate with rail industry partners to ensure suitable provisions are available and provided on our confident traveller trips.
    3. Provide engaging travel training events for community partners, empowering them to support their involvement and raise awareness.
    4. Develop and implement inclusive participatory activities that promote accessible and sustainable transport.
    5. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders while building trust within community groups.
    6. Plan inclusive events that cater to diverse abilities and backgrounds.
    7. Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
    8. Prepare monthly reports highlighting key performance indicators, showcasing the impact of the programme.

    About You:

    You will have experience of working with individuals from all abilities and backgrounds at all levels, proactively including and representing underrepresented members of the community.
