• Food Service Worker Permit, or the ability to get one in time for interview.
• Able to work well with others.
• Able to multitask and work at a fast pace.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, or be lifted by others if needed.
• Able to stand and walk for an entire shift.
• A minimum of 18 years of age.
• Maintain positive communication with staff, guests, and coworkers.
• Be able to follow all safety rules and regulations as described in all areas stationing policies and procedures.
• Be able to list the job title of the job for staff when asked, with proper documentation.

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner following proper sanitation procedures.
• Take orders from guests in the correct manner following proper order system procedures.
• Answer guest questions regarding food and beverage options as well as answer any questions regarding the restaurant or service issues that may arise.
• Check on guests during meal times to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and/or beverage choices and address any questions or requests that may arise.
• Check on all open food items including plates, silverware, glasses, properly store them at the end of each shift.
• Clear all open food from tables following proper food storage procedures at the end of each shift.
