Graduate Energy & Carbon Analyst
Salary circa 30-40k FTE dependent on skills and experience

Part time and Full-time hours available

Home based (ideally live in Yorkshire and happy to travel to Leeds for occasional meet ups)

We are a diverse group of carbon market experts with a deep passion for climate action. Together, we are looking to accomplish a vision that none of us could achieve alone.

Due to growth, we are now seeking an enthusiastic Analyst who is passionate abouttackling climate change, sustainability, and carbon reduction.

You will be joining a small team of individuals, made up of innovative, passionate people committed to making an impact on the reduction of carbon.

Typical work may involve supporting the Head Analyst with:

• Procuring and managing a client's energy contracts
• Analysing data sources to calculate a client's carbon footprint
• Sourcing and advising for clients on ways to reduce their carbon footprints. Solar, LED Lighting, EV, Packaging, Logistics etc.
• You will support other departments across the business in delivery of their carbon reduction plans, assisting with collection, checking, analysis and presentation of carbon data.
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent teamworking skills, and a confident selfstarter
• You'll also have excellent numerical skills with a proven ability to manage your own workload.
• Educated knowledge and a keen interest in climate change, energy, and carbon.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers
• A creative approach to problem solving

Training will be provided for all these areas, we're recruiting for aptitude and basic inquisitive analysis skills, not for specific knowledge on how to calculate carbon footprints, though of course this would be a bonus if you have these qualificationsalready.

Training will be a big part of the role - as well as inhouse training there are 100's of online courses and other material that we'll help you pick the best to suit the role/projects we're working on.

Many of which will give you accreditations you can addto your CV.

This role will provide you with a degree of autonomy and as we grow you can develop and hone yourskills and training in a growth industry.

You will be expected to play a key role from the outset.

This role would suit someone who is keen to run "your own show" and be held accountable for the results of your efforts.
