If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team at The Evergreen Care Trust, a not-for-profit charitable organisation committed to providing exceptional care to those in need.

Responsibilities:

Provide highquality care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, while respecting the dignity and privacy of each individual.
Support individuals with their daily activities, including meal preparation, medication assistance, and mobility support.
Foster positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other team members to create a warm and welcoming environment.
Observe and report any changes in individuals' conditions or behaviours, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of care provided.

Requirements:

Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with individuals and their families.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to different care settings.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
