Description

Duties:

• Provide personal care services to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor.

Experience:

• Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Must have a compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and infection control practices.
