Jewson team in
Prestwick are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated
Customer Sales Service Advisor working 36 hours per week.


This is a highly experienced branch with solid team to help you to develop swiftly in the role.

We are looking for someone who prides themselves on delivering first class service and who aspires to really make a difference, working closely with this highly successful team.


In this exciting role, you will be responsible for contributing and exceeding customer expectations whilst supporting achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling products.


A
Customer Sales Service Advisor is an essential role within the branch network, you will have the opportunity to experience a bit of everything from working in the branch.

This role has a strong focus on customer service, so it is great for someone who loves to build relationships with customers both face to face and over the phone.


Hours of work:

36 hours per week (Essential days Monday and Saturday with flexibility on the other days)

Branch Opening Hours Monday to Friday 730am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12noon


What will I be doing?

  • Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
  • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
  • Dealing with lapsed accounts
  • Generating sales with new and existing customers
  • Providing administrative support to the branch manager, producing accurate reports
