One of our clients, a long-established East Sussex law firms have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Dispute Solicitor to join their thriving and supportive team.

They offer a wide range of legal services for businesses and individuals. They have been providing first class legal advice to our clients in Sussex, the South-East and beyond since 1889.

As a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will Ideally have 2-6 years' experience in commercial litigation, with significant experience in advising on a range of areas of business dispute including:

  • Sales of goods and services
  • Debt recovery
  • Breach of contract
  • Business ownership, management and investment
  • Property and Landlord and Tenant
  • Partnerships
  • Intellectual Property disputes including trademark disputes, passing off, copyright infringement etc
