The Company

My client is a privately owned main contractor with a trading history in excess of 30 years.

Working on residential, commercial, and retail space for some of London's major landowners as well as prime residential projects for high net worth private clients, they have forged an excellent reputation as a quality led contractor.

They have a very stable team, and many of the staff have worked for the company for many years.

Owing to the imminent retirement of their company estimator they are seeking an experienced estimator, who is keen to forge a long term career within the business and be an intrinsic part of their future and growth.

The Opportunity

Estimator

Based in the modern head office in Loughton
Working in a close knit and friendly team
Projects span a range of high spec refurbishment and fit outs, for a variety of clients including a major London landowner who has a property portfolio in excess of £4Bn from whom they secure a high volume of repeat business.
Project values from £500k to £3.5m
Many of their projects are negotiated, but they also competitively tender
They currently employ traditional methods of estimating, and they are keen for the incoming estimator to help shape their processes and implement an estimating software package moving forward.

The company are looking to make a permanent appointment and can offer a genuine long term career.
