Marketing Director

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our team and lead our digital marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement, whilemanaging and guiding a team of digital marketing professionals to reach the desired goals and objectives.

As the Marketing Director, you will be expected to:

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure all digital marketing campaigns are supported and aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and online trends to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing technologies and trends.
  • Lead and manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure their services meet the desired standards.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with other departments to ensure their needs are met.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide recommendations on how to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage budgets, resources and personnel to ensure all digital marketing campaigns are profitable.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Excellent understanding of best practices and trends in digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and techniques.
