Description

We are looking for an experienced, creative Graphic Designer to join Konsentus Ltd's Marketing Team as our sole, lead Designer, at a really exciting time of global growth.

In your role as Graphic Designer, you will work as part of our in-house Marketing Team, leading design across both Konsentus Group brands to deliver inspiring, high-impact and engaging work that is driven by business needs whilst keeping partners and customers in mind.

• Degree in Graphic Design (or similar)
• 2+ years experience minimum in designing and producing digital and print graphics (either in agency or inhouse)
• A strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of your design work and capabilities
• Strong skills in typography, iconography, composition, colour and layout, with exceptional attention to detail throughout
• Excellent skills in using core Adobe Creative Suite programmes, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Skills in AfterEffects and Premiere Pro are also highly desirable
• Proficient skills in using Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Experience in building or working on websites in Wordpress, using Elementor website builder (or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: empathy and willingness to work alongside interdisciplinary teams, developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
• Great organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks while working on multiple ongoing projects at once, ensuring to manage expectations both internally and externally

• A basic understanding of HTML and CSS code
• Experience in designing in the FinTech field or for SaaSbased services / B2B businesses

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing and the rest of the Marketing team to ensure common vision and consistent branding, from concept and features through to design
• Create and deliver social media content and campaigns from conception to published, including static images, infographics and gifs
• Consistently evolve the company's design system, in alignment with brand guidelines
• Drive design workflow efficiencies across the company's work streams, such as templating assets and finding ways to share assets across both brands
• Keep uptodate with design and multimedia trends and the latest developments in software tools
