Salary:
£36,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Our client is based is a brand-new Children's home in Styal and they are seeking a Residential Manager who has previous experience working in a residential setting and shares our commitment to creating a positive and safe living environment.

The ResidentialManager will be responsible for the supervision of all staff on the site, including activities such as employee scheduling, training, personal development and more.

Working as a Children's Home Deputy Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people, ensuring that they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood.

Your team must bedriven by a shared ambition to ensure that the children and young people have an experience of childhood that they deserve, one filled with fun, laughter, friendship, and discovery.

5 years' experience working either as a Children's Home Deputy Manager or as a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker in a Children's Home.

Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).

Full UK Driving Licence.
