Credit Controller
Luton
Think Accountancy and Finance are seeking a Credit Controller who is looking for a permanent position based in Luton. It is key to point out that this organisation will consider full-time or part-time (30 hours approx), with hybrid working potential
The position is working with an established business, and you will join a well established team with a large client base.
Main duties include:
- Aged debtor report
- Visiting customers if required
- Working with Finance Manager to take remedial action against outstanding accounts
- Identifying any system discrepancies that may lead to late payments
- Work with the sales team ensuring customer limits are realistic
- To maintain the accuracy of the customer database
- Preparation of legal forms
- To provide reports to Finance Manager as required
- Provide customers reconciliations
- Posting, reconciling and clearing payments and bank transfer
- Strong communication skills
- Relevant work experience
- Outgoing personality and able to build strong rapport
- Good team worker
- Strong Excel
