Description

I'm partnering with a software company based in a Cambridge, they are seeking a Cloud Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This role offers flexible hybrid working.


Key duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Investigating and managing support cases
  • Ensuring that customer infrastructure is maintained
  • Detecting risks and issues
  • Identifying bugs and working with the engineering team on fixes
  • Troubleshooting and implementing bug fixes
  • Completing reviews for new and existing clients
  • Working in implementations with fellow engineers
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with core AWS services
  • Experience working with CloudWatch or similar
  • AWS Solutions Architect (desirable)
  • Scripting experience (desirable)
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
