Trainee Financial Adviser

Location:
Badbury, Near Swindon

Salary:
£25,000 - £35,000 + Bonus + Pension, Life Cover, additional incentives, and benefits
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join one of the top practices within St. James's Place as a trainee Financial Adviser.

On offer is a comprehensive training programme, which current advisers within the Practice have gone through, to support your development.

You will receive mentorship from experienced advisers, access to industry resources and tools, and ongoing professional development including:

Comprehensive study support
Defined progression to becoming a fully qualified financial adviser

As you embark on the training and development programme you will:

Assist experienced advisers in conducting research and analysis to prepare financial plans and investment recommendations
Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting materials and followup tasks
Develop a deep understanding of SJP's financial products and services, including investments, insurance, retirement planning, and estate planning
Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and documentation
Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial planning
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, demonstrating professionalism and building trust

Your experience and attributes:

RO exams preferred but not required
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Passion for providing excellent client service and helping individuals achieve their financial goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
