TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE

DE5- ALFRETON

TEMPORARY/TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT

CUSTOMER SERVICE/ ADMINISTRATION

MONDAY - FRIDAY SHIFTS BETWEEEN 8AM - 6PM

FULL TIME HOURS

£10.42 PER HOUR

STARTING ASAP

  • Our client here at Elizabeth Michael is seeking an experienced Administrator/ Customer service representative to support them during their busy time. You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage your day and workload effectively. You will be highly efficient, taskfocussed and be able to make calculated decisions_

Responsibilities:


  • Data entry & updating customer records
  • Processing refunds for clients
  • Adding orders onto the system
  • Following in hour processes
  • Contacting customers regarding order resolution, delivery/shipping information
  • Producing correspondence and confirmations through written communication

Skills/Attributes/Experience:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask and adapt
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Job Types:
Temporary contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
£10.42 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Alfreton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
