Lovely Primary School in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire looking for a fantastic one to one Learning Support Assistant to join their team - £85 - £95 per day - Starting Immediately

We have a fantastic opportunity for you As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll provide one to one assistance to students with special educational needs in order to support them throughout their academic development.


Learning Support Assistant - Primary School in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

£85 - £95 per day

Starting Immediately

Monday - Friday (8:30 - 3:30 term time only)

Providing 121 specialised support and leading small group interventions
***Tradewind is presently partnering with an outstanding primary school actively seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive staff team. This school is committed to building students' confidence and aiding them in reaching their full potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Follow the student's EHCP/IEP diligently to provide suitable support.
  • Provide personalised assistance for learning and tasks.
  • Foster an inclusive environment to encourage positive wellbeing.
  • Create customised resources specifically tailored to the student.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience with students with special educational needs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine dedication to enhancing the educational progress of SEN students.
  • Skilled in collaborative teamwork within a teamoriented environment.
