Lovely Primary School in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire looking for a fantastic one to one Learning Support Assistant to join their team - £85 - £95 per day - Starting Immediately

We have a fantastic opportunity for you As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll provide one to one assistance to students with special educational needs in order to support them throughout their academic development.


Learning Support Assistant - Primary School in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

£85 - £95 per day

Starting Immediately

Monday - Friday (8:30 - 3:30 term time only)

Providing 121 specialised support and leading small group interventions

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow the student's EHCP/IEP diligently to provide suitable support.
  • Provide personalised assistance for learning and tasks.
  • Foster an inclusive environment to encourage positive wellbeing.
  • Create customised resources specifically tailored to the student.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior experience with students with special educational needs.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine dedication to enhancing the educational progress of SEN students.
  • Skilled in collaborative teamwork within a teamoriented environment.
