Description

We are currently able to offer an opportunity for a home-based care support assistant to join our team, on a part time basis to work in the Chelmsford and Maldon area.

Due to location a driver with access to their own vehicle and business insurance is essential.

Are you looking for meaningful and rewarding work with a company that offers a great benefits package?

We are currently seeking self-motivated individuals to join our home-based support team to support our client in their own home.

You will support the individual to develop their daily living skills, independence and community involvement whilst actively being involved in the development of the individuals support plan, goals, aspirations, and reviews.

This includes day trips out, shopping, engaging with their hobbies and interests, alongside seasonal activities which are encouraged too.

You will be positively contributing to the corporate core values of innovation, care and excellence.

In return for your commitment and reliability, Estuary offers an excellent benefits package, including a generous health cash plan, 31 days holiday (including bank holiday allowance) and a competitive pension.
