Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Training and Development Coach in Bristol to join an Independent Financial Advice practice.

This company ensures their clients are provided with the advice they deserve, recognizing that each client is different and therefore tailoring their services to the client and offering a range of solutions.

They are currently looking to bring on a Training and Development Coach to join their existing team due to continued success and growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Training and Development Coach, to take on a new challenge and join a leadingfinancial planning firm.

Duties as an Operations Analyst will involve, but not be limited to:

Design and expand training and development programmes
Develop affection induction programmes for acquisitions
Identify training needs within newly acquired businesses through quality assurance and regular consultation
Create effective induction programmes for acquisitions and new staff
Ensuring internal process manuals and trainee progress records are kept up to date
Monitor and review the progress of trainees

Skills and experience required:

Experience in 1 to 1 training
2+ years' in training
Previous experience of working within a financial planning company
Strong customer focused background
