Trainee Customer Service Advisor

Bookajet, one of Europe's leading executive jet charter and management companies are currently recruiting for a Trainee Charter Broker to join their energetic and dynamic team based at our new Head Office.

This a fantastic opportunity for someone to take their first steps into the aviation industry. Working within a busy brokerage department you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of executive charter brokering.

You will be supporting the existing team in organising and processing enquiries for executive jet charter working with both suppliers as well as direct clients.

We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and interested in learning about the aviation industry, You will have good communication skills, be well organised and conscientious, attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential.

You should be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with problems or challenges in a calm and professional manner.

Verbal and written fluency in business English is required.
