Our client is looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to join their expanding team as a Sales Executive and play an integral part in helping grow the organisation further.

Their Sales Executive knowledge will help you to grow into the role and you could find yourself on the phone in as little as 2 weeks The role is office based in Tamworth, but occasional travel to a client on-site will be needed to sign some terms and conditions.


COMMUNICATE with potential clients, and they will use their

CHARISMA and

PERSONALITY to them in their Sales Executive Role.


THE SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:


  • Confidently reach out to new and existing suppliers to offer suitable products daily, ensuring the highest level of service is provided.
  • Working to KPIs to ensure your goals and revenue target are hit and exceeded.
  • Aid the Regional Salesperson in achieving their KPIs and commission targets.
  • Cleansing data to ensure relevant and profitable leads are worked.
  • Constantly building relationships and rapport with your prospects through conversation and social networking.
  • Work towards hitting call and lead targets set daily/weekly.
  • Networking daily through a variety of tools to build a profitable lead base.

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:

  • Able to work comfortably within a collaborative team environment AND on your own in individual projects.
  • Be unafraid of picking up the phone and talking to new people daily.
  • Confident in working, hitting (and hopefully exceeding) your KPIs
  • Strong B2B and cold calling experience.
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills to help build relationships.
  • Can confidently work on multiple projects simultaneously whilst still producing highquality results.
  • A desire to work hard and be RESILIENT to aid your success.

THE SALES EXECUTIVE BENEFITS:
