Position:
Receptionist
Hours: 12 hours per week - 10am to 4pm
Days:
Saturday and Sunday
Salary:
£10.75 per hour
Location:
Based at (Dibden Purlieu)
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Receptionist support for the organisation.
As well as day to day Admin duties, you will also be responsible for supporting the onboarding of all new employees across both homes, so it is important that all applicants have experience in administration duties.

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working in Administration is needed
- Previous experience working within a Care setting would be beneficial, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Initiative to work alone but also a team player
- Ability to work both proactively and reactively, dependant on the needs of the business
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Acting as a support to the HR and Finance team
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Creating and delivering various documents including Contract Change letters and Resignation Acceptance letters, ensuring to update our HR database accordingly and liaising with our Finance Team and any other relevant departments to inform them of changes, as necessary
- Producing meeting scripts for management to use during investigation/formal meetings
- Maintaining the HR database and Employee HR Files with up to date and relevant information, including processing renewal DBS checks for existing employees and updating records accordingly
- Monitoring the HR database dashboard to prompt and guide SMT re outstanding Probation/One to One/Supervision meetings, supporting Managers where necessary
- Ensuring all HR forms and documents are kept up to date, using a uniformed template to promote branding and continuity across all paperwork
- Assisting with relevant spot check HR Audits on personnel files, helping to obtain any relevant missing paperwork and/or documents, ensuring all files are compliant in line with CQC legislation
- Other general administration tasks as required by the management team
