Up to £55k - £65k depending on experience

A super exciting Product Manager position has just launched across our site on behalf of a reputable multi-million £ Lead Generation Solutions Provider in Manchester that is poised for big things in the coming years.

Already possessing a strong list of 100+ clients that all trust and rely on the brand's innovative technology and digital marketing offerings (high-quality videos, SEO Strategies, lead generation campaigns etc.), the people-oriented organisation need anexperienced figurehead to oversee designers as they develop user-centred products and features that meet customer's demands.

A managerial role to the core that will see you engaging with customers, prototyping, and validating features, it's an exciting role with lots of change ongoing that you'll help drive forward

What are your core responsibilities?

Oversee prototyping of potential solutions and ensure they align with business needs
Monitor the success of features and report on findings
Document business processes
Establish yourself as a knowledgeable figure around digital products that others can go to for advice

What skills do you need to succeed in this role?

Relevant commercial experience in a similar product owner role
Experience running sprints and scrums
Background working in CRM analytics
Independent thinker that relishes problem solving
Skilled at deriving insights from customer data
Comfortable facilitating workshops
Experience creating strategies in an agile delivery framework
Empathetic leader that can inspire designers and engineers with clear strategies
Demonstrable communication and stakeholder influence skills
