Brand new opening for a talented and aspiring software developer to join one of my clients in the heart of London within the GLAM sector.

What will your day look like?

  • Undertake design and development of new systems or the amendment of existing systems to support business requirements. Work either in conjunction with other members of the IS team or directly with end users for process analysis, requirements gatheringand system testing.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of projects for new systems and services
  • Ensure systems are designed and developed in a secure manner to mitigate risk against cyber threats and common malware attack.
  • Support and maintain existing software systems and developments
  • Contribute to the development of platforms underpinning the clients' web presence.
  • Adopt best practice methods for the maintenance of code bases, the testing and implementation of new releases and versions and the provision of documentation related to any custom code that is developed.
