We help Property Managers and Hosts (big or small) deal with the complexities involved with having strangers renting their properties working as a deterrent, identifying high-risk guests and enabling them to maximise their profitability.

Resolutions Agent:
The core elements of this role include working closely with our clients to obtain and investigate details of any incident.
Our department is a busy and engaging environment where our colleagues are encouraged to work proactively to resolve claims in the most time efficient and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities as
Resolutions Agent:
(not limited to):
- Deal with new and existing resolutions ensuring the customer's requirements and expectations are met and understood.
- Make informed decisions regarding paying and rejecting damages up to handler authority limit
- Ensure that resolutions are handled in the correct technical manner, in accordance with the guarantee cover.
- Identify the indicators of fraud and use questioning/investigation techniques to see if the resolution can be progressed to payment or repudiation.
- Take ownership of complaints and record details accurately and resolve where possible in line with company values.
- Information gathering from our clients to allow full assessment of liability.
- Working closely with other departments who run along side the resolutions process.
Requirements:
Skills and experience you need as Resolutions Agent (not limited to):
- Positive attitude with a flexible and resilient approach to change
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and commitment when working both remotely and in the office
- Ability to negotiate and influence others whilst maintaining an empathetic approach
- Make good judgements throughout the resolutions journey and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to use own initiative when prioritising your workload and ensure that you take a proactive approach when settling resolutions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when communicating with customers both written and verbally
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
- A natural ability to manage conflict with an investigative mind in order to solve customer enquiries
Details:
- Compensation: In the region of £23,00027,000 depending on experience
- Early employee options, pension, flexible working
- Location ideally have the ability to work from our UK hub nearby to Stockbridge, SO20 8DR for at least 3 days a week.
Salary:
£22,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
