Description

An experienced Sales and Marketing Manager or Director with at least 5 years of experience and a background in SAAS is needed to join our team at Sysmax working on a remote (work from home) basis with visits to our Guildford, London, Aberdeen or client premises.

Some international travel may be required from time to time.


This is a career step towards becoming the Sales and Marketing Director of the company and potentially going on to lead the company as its CEO, (if the full array of skills are proven).

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing efforts for our SaaS products.


You will have a deep understanding of the target market and be able to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive growth.

International experience, particularly USA focused, is beneficial as is multi-sector experience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy for our SaaS product
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop product positioning and messaging
  • Create sales and marketing materials such as case studies, product demos, and sales collateral
  • Perform key discovery calls, product demos and client guidance
  • Lead sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Analyse and report on sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns

Required Experience:


  • 3+ years of sales and marketing experience, with a focus on SaaS products
  • Proven track record of driving sales and product adoption
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
