up to £550 a day

The Adoption Change Management (ACM) Lead operates under Digital Workplace Services portfolio, and is accountable for the creation and realization of the overall Digital Workplace Services adoption and engagement strategy.


Responsibilities:

Works as a part of the Digital Workplace Services Portfolio team, reporting to the Productivity and Collaboration Solutions Lead. Oversees all ACM activities across all projects operating under the portfolio
Accountable for the creation of the Digital Workplace Services portfolio change strategy, which enables the overall portfolio experience strategy
Sets the strategic direction for delivering change activities across the portfolio
Ensures overall ACM milestone tracking across projects, enabling the creation of an overall portfolio change narrative
Stakeholder engagement with key contacts, ensuring messaging aligns with overall change narrative
Creation of a Digital Workplace Services portfolio 'change toolkit' of consistent methodologies and processes for project teams to utilize
Support with some project-based activities including creation of change impact assessments, change plans, material creation
Work with project teams to ensure that proposed changes are understood and effectively supported within the relevant areas of the organization
Facilitates regular ACM calls with relevant project team members


Requirements for the role:

Knowledge and experience demonstrating best practice and methodologies in the domains of business change, communication, leadership
Experience supporting and shaping multiple complex, global projects at one time
Experience leading adoption and change management activities in large, global organisations for Digital Workplace specific projects
Previously worked effectively in a matrix model involving multiple contributors
Understanding of agile methodologies is beneficial
Ability to engage, influence, build strong relationships, communicate and collaborate across all stakeholder groups
Ability to be able to influence and guide technical decisions to enable a better employee experience
