HRLife are partnering with a large household brand in Berkshire to recruit a talented HR Business Partner to support their digital client group.

You will have high level of gravitas, credibility and be used to partnering and influencing Senior stakeholdersto drive change, high performance and engagement.

You'll be key to designing, shaping and implementing the people strategy covering the whole breadth of HR, quickly building relationships to drive and deliver key strategic projects around insourcing, reward, introducing apprenticeships and capability.

This is an exciting time to be joining as you'll need to get up to speed quickly, be adding significant value and own and project manage new initiatives which you'll then roll out and embed.

Key responsibilities will include;

Owning the design and delivery of the annual people plan, driving an inclusive and high performing culture
Quickly build strong relationships with the leadership team to become a trusted HR partner
Working with senior leaders to ensure they are working together effectively, communicating well and delivering business goals
Supporting with reorganisations with a focus on high quality leadership, capability upskilling and attracting commercial digitally savvy people
Embedding companywide initiatives within digital

Essential you've worked closely with a senior leadership team previously, as a true HRBP used to liaising with Centres of Excellence.

You'll need to know what good looks like, be pro-active, engaging, a confidant and be a great communicator. Able to juggle multiple workstreams, challenge and positively make recommendations and influence.

Would suit someone who is resilient, can bring structureand rigour to an evolving and changing business that operates at pace.

Hybrid working with 2 days in the office in Berkshire each week.

Salary - c.£75k plus car allowance and bonus
