Curriculum Team Manager - Plumbing and renewables
St Albans, Hertfordshire

Full Time/ Permanent

£43,317 - £46,87- Depending on experience & qualifications

Based at the St Albans Campus

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking person to Manage a Team of Plumbers to facilitate outstanding learner experience.

Exciting opportunities to develop a curriculum that offers a wide range of courses that meet the needs of employers in a diverse sector that include renewables.

Your focus will be learner experience and employer engagement within the sector, to promote working and sustainable relationships with various internal and external partners.

The College will be opening a state-of-the-art technology building where plumbing and renewables will be located, as from 24/25. You will be involved in the transition of resources into this building

Curriculum Team Manager - Required skills:
Good level of English and Maths and the ability to interpret data that informs the learners progress and achievements.

Ideally been working in Further Education or a Training environment for the past 3yrs and have a proven track record of quality improvements.

Curriculum Team Manager - Essential

  • You will have L3 qualification in Plumbing or related qualifications at Level
  • Apprenticeship at Level 3 in Plumbing
  • Demonstrate a record of managing a team within Further Education or training environments.
Curriculum Team Manager - Desirable

  • Teaching Qualification
  • Assessing Qualification
