Currently Fareham, but looking to relocate to Havant/Portsmouth area
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Office Manager the Operational Support Assistant will primarily be responsible the day-to-day duties assisting with administration functions.

- Coordinate with other Comserv departments to ensure other trades have access to the void and working foreman is aware.
- Cost control on project for all materials only, to provide weekly reports and updates to line manager.
- Ensuring RAMS are signed and dated and filed correctly across all projects. Completing checks that all relevant paperwork is scanned and filed at the end of each project.
- Ordering materials and plant including checking prices, getting quotes, sourcing difficult items.
- Keeping log of all plant and equipment that has been hired and ensuring contact with relevant site supervisors whether it is still required and off hire if requested.
- Ensure sign off received for completion of jobs, this is then passed to Accounts to raise invoice.
- Costs for all materials to updated weekly.
- Filing & archiving electronically, ensuring the project folders in are updated.
- Assist with any other administration duties, as required and sickness and holiday cover.
Accounts
- Raising of purchase orders, capturing all relevant information, and chasing up costs and delivery notes.

- Assist with aftercare for all clients in line with Quality Procedures.
