Duties:

Take on projects of a high level of complexity and financial value.
Respond to enquiries and work with clients to define their requirements and develop a project brief.
Responsible for the supervision and quality of work when delegating to graduate or estate surveyors.
Work collaboratively with other teams and professionals within the company and with external contractors and suppliers.
Mentor junior members of the team.
Meet all CPD requirements of RICS.

To be considered for this exciting Senior Estates Surveyor role, you will need the following experience:

Relevant experience as an Estates Surveyor.
Understanding of the public sector and the main issues that affect public sector estates.
MRICS General Practice Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
Local market knowledge covering Suffolk, Norfolk and/or Eastern Region.

Understanding of BIM
