Customer Service Team Leader Wanted - South Bristol
Salary:
£26,000p.a
Working Hours:
Between 7AM-11PM (Working 5 days out of 7)

Adecco are currently recruiting for a customer service team leader on behalf of our client based close to Bristol City Centre.
The main purpose of the role is to work with the contact centre manager to ensure the team are meeting KPI's and SLA's as well as acting as the first point of escalation for any issues.
Duties:
- Ensuring all enquiries are responded to promptly and maintaining accurate records
- Completing regular quality monitoring of cases
- Manage the productivity of CSA's
- Resolving escalated issues
- Ensure team is fully resourced to meet demands
- Managing sickness and absences
- Training new members of staff
