Description
Total Construction NE Limited is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the contract process between Total Construction NE Limited and our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all aspects of the contract process from proposal to purchase.
  • Prepare and manage contracts with our customers.
  • Answer customer questions and provide information on contract terms.
  • Assist in the preparation and manage contracts with our customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Administration of contracts across the company
  • Liaising with the head of operations and line managers
  • Updating company spreadsheets and systems
  • Invoicing and managing contract spreadsheets

Required Skills:


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with a diverse group of people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work load in a fastpaced environment while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Construction experience required

Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

  • Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Construction management software: 1 year (preferred)
  • Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
  • Construction: 2 years (preferred)
