We are seeking an enthusiastic Night Care Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in Health and Social Care, in a long-term position, and gain experience and qualifications in a supportive workplace and offers progression to work towards a higher role as a Shift Leader.

You do not need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications - we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such.

However, as a guide duties may include some support with personal care needs, supporting eating and drinking, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, giant games, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and café visits.

Duties will also include ensuring the highest standard of infection, prevention and control and preparing light meals.
