We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide secretarial support to Teams within the London office and share reception duties with other members of the team.

This role will be temp to perm and based full time in our London Office working Monday - Friday, pm.

For this role, you will need to be able to provide a warm welcome to everyone who visits the London office, you should have experience of working as part of a team and be a strong Administrator who is highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.

Your friendly manner and ability to prioritise and plan, balancing priorities and deadlines will ensure your success in this role within our friendly team at our modern London office.

It is essential you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding and experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide an excellent, efficient, and responsive service for all people who contact the team reflecting the Ridge quality
  • Receptionist duties
  • Receive and distribute all post and deliveries, organise couriers
  • Book travel arrangements and hotels for staff
  • Book meetings, ordering lunches and setting up meeting rooms
  • Maintaining and order of all office kitchen supplies and stationery
  • Provide administration support to Teams within the London Office
  • Producing reports, lists, letters, minutes, audio typing etc
  • Inductions for all new starters within the London Office.
  • Able to multitask and work to tight deadlines
  • A cando attitude, willing to get stuck into any project or task when needed

Experience and Skills Required:


  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills


  • Advanced IT skills

  • Microsoft Word & Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to a growing and ambitious team
  • High level interpersonal skills and a robust 'can do' attitude is essential
  • Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
