Education:
Master Bachelor or diploma in relevant field

Experience: 3-5 year UK local exp

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee and ensure effective site operations, coordinating works in compliance with NRSWA, Health & Safety, and Quality requirements.
Conduct comprehensive site audits to guarantee adherence to contractual specifications.
Maintain productivity objectives set by higher management.
Provide clear leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Update daily/weekly reports and review against project delivery milestones, promptly highlighting any identified risks to management.
Complete and verify all customer documentation in accordance with client requirements.
Collaborate with the Highways Department, Local Authorities, and Utilities companies to coordinate works and meet project delivery milestones.
Ensure all site-specific method statements/risk assessments are in place.
Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor, especially within the Openreach Network.
NRSWA/Highways Experience - Supervisor NRSWA Card.
Underground, Overhead PIA, and Trenching Telecoms network installation experience.
Familiarity with the New Roads & Streetworks Act 1991(NRSWA).

Salary:
Up to £2,375.00 per month
