My client one of the top preforming and fastest growing companies globally, a leading provider of IT consulting and business process out-sourcing services requires a Associate Director Digital Retail Banking to join their Banking and Financial Services division.

They are seeking a leader to work within their ecosphere of clients, start-ups, alliances and design agencies to deliver the next generation of banking products and experiences.

The role will provide you as an individual the opportunity to lead a rapidlygrowing entrepreneurial team working with leading UK and European based clients.

**Skill and Experience

Associate Director Digital Retail Banking*
Previous experience of helping to build a consulting or agency business balancing client delivery with business development and practice management
Comfortable in all aspects of programme design and leadership including governance design, on boarding of and management of resources, large team leadership, performance management, continuous improvement and handover/close down
Experience in Transformation programmes, with retail banking clients; helping them to achieve their business, technology, strategic and operational goals
Full project life cycle change or product management experience
Experience in dev ops / design ops environments
Expertise in a range of digital project management / workflow tooling (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Clarity)
Understanding of the changes taking place in the banking industry including partnership ecosystems, use of emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain) new business models (digital disruption, open banking marketplace)
