Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


Media Relations:


  • Establish and maintain relationships with press and media outlets.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the company and coordinate interviews and press conferences.
  • Craft press releases and other communication materials to promote the CEO and company initiatives.

Executive Support:


  • Assist in managing the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

CEO Social Media Management:


  • Oversee and actively contribute to the CEO's social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the CEO's personal brand and visibility.
  • Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community.

Collaboration with TV and Production Companies:

  • Initiate and maintain relationships with TV and production companies.
  • Coordinate opportunities for the CEO to participate in relevant programs and events.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in media relations, public relations, or executive support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Additional Requirements:


  • Parttime position (3 days per week).
  • Will be working from both London and Yorkshire offices.
  • Availability for occasional international travel.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
From £90.00 per day


Expected hours:
No less than 21 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Albert Bridge, SW3 5HX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Public relations: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (preferred)
