Secondary School Cover Supervisor required in Birmingham City Centre and surrounding areas

We are currently recruiting for a committed Secondary School Cover Supervisor to carry out classroom cover in mainstream secondary schools in the Birmingham area.

The role is available short or long term and on a flexible basis, with varied hours to suit you. Whether you have teaching experience and are looking for more flexibility, or are testing the waters to see if a career in education is for you, a Cover Supervisor role could offer you the variety you're looking for

Working as a Cover Supervisor is an excellent way to engage with young people and familiarise yourself with schools in the local area.

A teaching qualification and/or experience is desirable but not at all essential.

A keen interest in teaching, a desire to work with young learners, and a bit of patience, will ensure success in this role.

We are looking for Cover Supervisors who:

Can build a good rapport with pupils in a short space of time.
Can remain calm, confident and engaging in unfamiliar surroundings.
Are eligible to work in the UK.

What we stand for:_

If you have a friend who may be interested in joining us? We offer £75 for every Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant referral and £150 for every Supply Teacher referral (terms and conditions apply).
