Wanted Customer Service Advisors for immediate start
Do you have customer service experience within an office environment?

Are you available for a 5 month contract?

Have you got excellent communication skills?

Then you could be exactly what we're looking for


You will:

  • Be a professional single point of contact for internal and external customers, to help recover monies owed and update database accordingly within the automotive industry.
Maintain good relations, whilst remaining sensitive to situations


Need good administrative and communication skills, as you will be dealing with customers and clients face to face and on the telephone.

It will be necessary to be proactive and suggest improvements where possible to improve internal processes.

Main Duties

  • Deal with internal and external customers, advising on rebates that have been received, and resolving any problems.
  • Log queries using their database and then investigate
  • Handle any calls with the appropriate interpersonal skills.
  • Work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  • Chase any queries passed to other teams until outstanding queries are resolved

Skills:


  • Must have a good understanding of computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a pleasant demeanour and a good telephone skills
Additional Information

Fixed term contract for 5 months

Monday - Friday 8.45-5pm (possibly some hybrid working)

£22,000 pro rata
