• Key Responsibilities:_

- _Assist in the preparation and baking of a wide variety of artisanal pastries & high hydration doughs._
- _Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards._
- _Learn and follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency in product quality._
- _Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship._
