Our fantastic client, a global organisation that is the producer of some exciting household favourites, are looking for a Facilities Coordinator for a 6-month temporary assignment, with the potential to go permanent.


The great thing about this company is although they are an established organisation, they have that 'start-up" culture where everyone is very collaborative and entrepreneurial.


This is the perfect role for someone who has the ability to take their own initiative with experience working within a fast-paced environment.

Pay rate:
£12 per hour


HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm


LOCATION:
London, Chiswick

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Dealing with Royal Mail incoming/outgoing post
  • Working with next/same day courier services for incoming/outgoing parcels
  • Ordering stationery and keeping track of stock
  • Managing calendar bookings for two dividing panel meeting rooms, opening/closing panels and setting up furniture layout for meetings
  • Service Hubs checking/reporting printers that are not working, ensuring all copiers are topped up with paper and replacing empty toner cartridges
  • Ensuring levels of packaging/laminating materials readily available
  • Weekly Site Cleaning Audits to be completed
  • Covering front of house Welcome Desk when required
  • Daily meeting room checks
  • Logging Engineer callouts for vending machines & Brita water taps
  • Managing stock levels of milk, teas, coffee & sugars
  • Creating security id access passes for new starters

Skills and Experience

  • Be able to hit the ground running with a positive cando attitude
  • Have previous experience working within a facilities or customer facing role
  • Excellent Administration & Communication skills
  • First-Class Customer Service skills and understand the impact of first impressions
  • Experience in Microsoft office
  • Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment in a team and on own initiative
  • Must be able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Available to start work immediately and happy to commit to an initial 6month contract
  • Live locally or in the surrounding areas
