Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Providing administrative support to the fee earners.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • They answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Utilize tele sales techniques to promote and upsell our services to potential and existing customers over the phone.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of reception and tele sales processes by providing feedback and suggesting ideas for enhancement.
  • Maintain an uptodate knowledge of our services offerings, pricing, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably with tele sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Handson experience with office equipment (e.g., printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude
  • Bachelor's degree: additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, W1H 5NF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (required)


Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
