Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with the director, clients, advisers, and team members.
- Office Communication: Handle incoming calls and office inquiries efficiently.
Lead Management: Manage leads and prospects received through the website, aiming to schedule appointments in advisers' diaries.

Client File Organization:Compile and organize client information for review by an external compliance auditor.

Adviser Support: Provide daily assistance to self-employed advisers, including resolving commission queries, addressing system challenges, and facilitating lender onboarding.

Financial Support: Prepare financial documents, send invoices, and assist in payment follow-ups as needed.

Business Insight: Develop a deep understanding of our business to set priorities and manage team expectations effectively.

CRM Management: Administer and organize our mortgage industry CRM database, utilizing Excel for data coordination.

Data Accuracy: Ensure the CRM database remains up-to-date and accurate by verifying and updating information regularly.

Technology Assistance: Address inquiries related to telecommunications, IT, HR, pension/payroll, and other industry-specific technology.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.

Innovative Thinking: Explore creative ways to support the business and the director.

Flexibility: Be prepared to take on additional tasks as required to provide comprehensive support to the director.

Skills:
- Mortgage administration and/or operations experience a must
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with various systems and technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary:
£28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
