Our client is currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team, a well renowned agency in south west London

Essential Requirements.

Proven 1 years' experience in a sales position
Selfdriven with a cando attitude

Excellent communication skills

Verbal and Written
Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
Well organised
Interest in property
A natural Negotiator
A full Driving Licence

They have a large team of Sales Negotiators, which is continually growing. Therefore, they are always looking for driven Sales Negotiators.

Whether you are a junior Sales Negotiator, or have many years of experience as a Sales Negotiator, if you are drivenand hardworking, you are the right Sales Negotiator for our client.

Key Requirements.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewing, negotiating between vendor and buyer to reach an agreement, as well as progressing the deal until the exchange.

You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basisand supporting other member of staff.

Salary:
£22k Basic, £80-100k ote
